Dear Crown Agent Higher Ups that
can not curb Criminal Constable Proce;



It seems your Henry Proce was not happy with defrauding us
of our mining claim in his ongoing invasions into our lives at his ‘higher ups’
command. He forced us off our mining claim and yet he still finds his way to
our dwelling with the most ridiculous of excuses. He arrived today under the
pretence of asking us if it is all right if the RCMP talk to us. He said the
RCMP were investigating him because of my complaint and wanted to know if they
could talk to me. Why couldn’t the other cop just come up if numb nuts here can
just barge right in?



We lost our winter worth of firewood and now have to pay
rent to store our mining buildings since everyone in Canada can use our mining
claim except for us. Henry Proce claims we had it for non-mining purposes when
he has public servants attack us, but he is never able to say what that
non-mining purpose is. I don’t want this liar around me in any circumstance. We
believe he colluded to murder us. We believe this constant activity by Henry is
an attempt to cover up his involvement in an attempt to murder us. When we
complained about his involvement with other public servants in colluding to
harass us, which lead to an attempt to murder us by the ‘informants’ Henry had
besetting our dwelling, I was charged with ‘uttering threats’ after the RCMP
made up a lie about what I said and charged me with their lie. Typical RCMP
M.O.; commit crimes and lie about it.



Proce has mocked us that no one is ever going to know who
attempted to murder us, that he closed the investigation and that it is none of
our business. He claims he is following orders from his ‘higher ups’; Burgess
and Wendland. Now that they have cost us thousands of dollars and violated our
right to quiet enjoyment of lawfully acquired property, what is the excuse for
him invading our lives? You can’t dial a phone? Henry Proce drove all the way
to Spruce Grove to ask us where we were going to be this winter and what we
would be doing because a Sgt. McMillan from Vancouver wants to make an appointment
to do an investigation??? What??



So Proce tells me this
McMillan wants to talk to me about me complaining about Proce. Proce wants to
know what it is all about and says that he needed to drive all the way out here
because McMillan doesn’t want to drive all the way out here and not find me
here so he would like to know where I will be this winter and what my plans
are. Everybody on the planet has my phone number and it is even on my website.
Anytime the RCMP want to talk to me about the crimes committed by their
members, they are more than welcome to dial just like everyone else on the
planet does. Public Records show they are pretty adept at dialing up public
servants and making up unfounded allegations. So you are telling me that RCMP
Investigator McMillan can’t dial my number and make an appointment but this guy
is going to carry out an investigation of the guy that tried to have us
murdered by sending the guy that tried to have us murdered out to question us
about what he wants to talk to us about before he does an investigation??? The
investigation was supposed to be carried out a long time ago and no one
contacted us. What happened to Burgess’ investigation? He NEVER contacted us
after I told him I didn’t want Taylor around us since I know he is involved in
grow ops when he terrorized my kids. McMillan can dial my number any time and I
will show him using his own records how they target us.



We are laying charges against
Burgess, Wendland, Proce and their AG goons. To Henry Proce’s higher ups, who
believe we have no rights in this country; you have forced us from our North
Fork mining claim. Your scheme to trash our charter rights, make up lies about
us and defraud us of our property by abuse of process worked, as it always
does. The Mining Office hacked their own computers and compromised their own
security in order to keep me from renewing the license. You boot fucked two
disabled people who committed no crimes and saved the country from us playing
in a mud puddle in the middle of nowhere. Can Proce go play with Goodyear in
Wendland’s panties and leave us alone now? We have had enough of homo RCMP grow
operators.

John Hawks (604) 662-1439 has stolen my money and brochures. As you can see from my prior video, he told me weeks ago that he was sending back my brochures and money and would send me a letter, but never did that until we went into the Post Office in Nakusp to complain on March 18 2011. Please call Mr. Hawks and ask him to return my money and brochures. Remind him that he is a public servant and is an unelected bureaucrat and does not have the right to make up rules that violate my right to free speech of carry on commerce. He also refused to deliver my wifes brochures which advertise her Iridology and Herbal Consulting Business. This is an unacceptable abuse of public office and is outright theft not to give my brochures and money back so I can have them distributed elsewhere.
