Re: Request
to Lumby City Council for Information and Compensation



Mr. Kevin Acton;



We have been in correspondence with your
office to determine the nature of the constant attacks by the policing services
you hire. Cpl. Henry Proce has been assaulting us on our lawfully acquired
mining claim, claiming that we have non-mining related buildings and are
occupying the land for non-mining purposes. He refuses to state what this is.



We were told by
his relatives and people that listened to his family planning to shoot us up,
that the local rancher who we share this range with, had his son try to murder
us. Rather than investigate the many times we have been vandalized and our
property stolen and finally an attempt to murder us; Cpl. Proce has had us
under constant attack.



We have just
been forced to give away 8 cords of wood worth 1200 dollars after your police
services unlawfully tried to evict us from the property. It cost 700 dollars to
have a local farmer load my 8x12 mining shack onto a trailer to move it as I
have been unlawfully required to do by the police services Lumby City hires.. It
has cost us thousands of dollars of lost resources and labor to be under
constant attack by your police services. This is on top of property we are constantly
having stolen and vandalized.



We did try to contact Eugene Foisy but
his wife assures us Eugene does not have anything to do with housing, licensing
or land use in Area E. She further told us that knowing there was a grow
operation across the street, he failed to inform the police of the unlawful
activity claiming it was none of his business. That is of course an astute
political move since BC has a 25 Billion dollar a year Marijuana Industry and
that translates to an awful lot of corrupt politicians, police and judiciary.
It also explains why the local constabulary is more interested in a 40 dollar
mining license than an attempt to murder us. Henry Proce pretends to be going
after grow ops, but it appears he is more into attacking Reg Burgess` grow op
competition at the local church. Oddly, Mrs. Foisy told us she would leave a
community if someone drove by her place and shot bullets into her home. She
does strike me more as a person that might insist the local police do something
about it. I wonder how much the fact that her grand-nephew is the prime suspect
in the attempted murder had to do with her comments about running from
criminals?



If you want to
solve crime in Cherryville, I can give you a few hints. First off, you have a
lot of businesses that are simply money laundering efforts. Like the place we
rented from Dawn and Normand Lauze when we first moved here. They had a grow op
that we fed to our goats and yet for some strange reason RCMP Mark Taylor
removed our woodstove from our home when we were not there and terrorized our
children. This seems to be an odd response to feeding a grow operation to our
goats. We still have our videos and our submission to the arbitration board and
their odd response in return.



It seems the
local rancher with the range license that he figures gives him 100% exclusive
use to Crown land does not have many friends in Cherryville. His Uncle Arne and
Aunt Jane were the first to make their way to our door after the murder attempt
to tell us his nephew Randy Prebushewski was responsible for it. They told us
of him drilling down below everyone else and pumping water onto his fields
while they could not even flush their toilets. Nice neighbour. Others told us
of Randy harrowing Crown land by Cherry Creek for farm use. A range license
gives you the right to clear cut and harrow? A range license gives your
children a right to bear arms and kill everything in sight and attempt to
murder your neighbours?



We had a steady
stream of people to our mining claim after the attempt to murder us. One such
individual was a meat cutter that used to work with a local range rancher.
Apparently he had quite the scam going with the insurance companies. According
to the meat cutter; he would buy an old cow from the auction and take it out into
the bush and shoot it. Then he would take off the hind quarters. This removes
the brand and makes it look like hunters just grabbed the back quarters and
ran. He would slaughter another of his good cows and sell the meat under the
table. He would cut the ear with the tag on it off the good cow and put it in
the bush with the corpse of the old cow from the auction. This way they could
‘find’ the tag with the old corpse and identify it for insurance fraud
purposes. I could see how such activity might make you nervous about others
sharing the range with you while you commit crimes.



If you want to
curb the grow operations in Cherryville and populate your new Lumby jail, the
best way to do so is to first get rid of your police force. Since all proceeds
of all crime devolve to the Crown, I think the Crown strategy of making a
simple plant illegal is nothing more than a strategy for committing culvertage
against our country.



Having written
extensively on corruption in the government and courts when I was President of
the Alberta Party, I do understand why the RCMP attack me. All one has to do is
read an ‘unauthorized history of the RCMP’ by Lance Brown to see how corrupt
they are and always have been. The RCMP attack me for lobbying against the
renewal of their contract and lobbying for the creation of a Provincial Police
Force.



The idea behind
not wanting to curb criminal activity in your communities when you are so
dependent on criminal activity to finance your administration is surely a
weighty one. A few years ago, the local paper carried news on the front page
that Lumby High School was scholastically dead last in the province and had the
highest incidence of drug use. The fact that the RCMP headquarters is only two
blocks away, should make you realize what their real itinerary is. Is your
children’s future worth the short term profits of drugs?



I have paid for
my licenses to have a camp on this mining claim. My licenses are taxes that are
combined with other taxes we pay as we make purchases, to finance government
and the courts in this country. We do not feel we have gotten anything for our
contribution to society, meagre as it is in our disabled conditions. We seem to
not to be able to get anything from the Lumby community we pay taxes in.



When I was on my
mining claim during the school year, the Cherryville bus refused to come out to
our claim to pick up our son and take him to Lumby School. Being as how he was
on the honours list and even made the principal’s list, the principal tried
hard to see if he could get him a bus ride and yet our child was probably the
only child in BC who was refused transportation to school. In the same way the
drug industries of the British Crown drive out legitimate businesses from our
communities, they drive out scholastic achievement as well. I guess you can’t
make money selling your kids drugs and still expect them to excel
scholastically.



We live at 1351
North Fork Road in Lumby. We took our mining license to the Coldstream District
Office to get the address so we could give it to the Post Office and get postal
service. This seems to be one of the few services that we were able to get. For
some strange reason, the local road maintenance crew does not bother ever
clearing snow or grading the road out to our property at the mining claim, and
yet they send out their police force to constantly harass us about mining
licenses and housing permits. You can take my taxes to send out cops to hassle
us unlawfully but you cant even grade the road or plough it in the winter or
even send a bus to pick up a school kid?



Cpl. Proce has
contacted every government office we deal with in order to make up lies about
us. He also published a lie about us in the paper after the Crown was in
contempt of court and did not schedule us for his phoney charges of uttering
threats after we wrote a written complaint to the Ombudsman. He has not
investigated the attempt to murder us.



We would like to
report some computer crime going on in our government as well. When the MTO
unlawfully seized our mining claim last year, we appealed this decision to the
Supreme Court. The matter is set down to be heard on November 21, 2011, but
apparently your police services and the mining titles office can not wait for
the decision from a higher authority. Is it on the command of the Lumby office
that this cop keeps attacking us with all these bureaucrats?



Rather than go
through the lawful process of seizing my claims, the MTO has now simply hacked
their computer systems and taken my cells offline so I cannot lawfully renew
the licenses. This is in spite of the fact that there are two dozen mineral
claims less than five miles down the road. Surely this is a very serious
compromise to government computer security. If bureaucrats are committing
crimes such as these, then it should be evident that they are perfectly capable
of attempting to murder someone and colluding to cover up their own activities
in relation to it.



While the local
alderman may want to cover up the criminal activities against us, since they
are perpetrated by his own family members, I am not willing to look the other
way while someone tries to murder my family. Neither are we willing to look the
other way when someone tries to murder our neighbours since that means a would
be murderer may well be targeting us next. Why do you look the other way? Is
Mr. Foisy scared of repercussions from his family if he says anything about
their unlawful activities?

John Hawks (604) 662-1439 has stolen my money and brochures. As you can see from my prior video, he told me weeks ago that he was sending back my brochures and money and would send me a letter, but never did that until we went into the Post Office in Nakusp to complain on March 18 2011. Please call Mr. Hawks and ask him to return my money and brochures. Remind him that he is a public servant and is an unelected bureaucrat and does not have the right to make up rules that violate my right to free speech of carry on commerce. He also refused to deliver my wifes brochures which advertise her Iridology and Herbal Consulting Business. This is an unacceptable abuse of public office and is outright theft not to give my brochures and money back so I can have them distributed elsewhere.
