We had a home base business and about $80,000 worth of computer equipment was stolen (not even a floppy disk was left), along with other valuable household things (tv, stereo, etc.) We waited 7 hours (until 11:00 PM) on our lawn, since we were not allowed in, for the police to show up. Constable Wendland was assigned to the file, but did not do a proper investigation. As time went on and we were getting anywhere with Wendland we eventually laid a complaint in which he was found derelict in his duties. We have archived internal RCMP documents related to the investigation which we recieved from FOIA.

This email starts with the following
"Having lived with the frustration of trying to get justice from ill informed pontificating civil servants, I have to seriously ask the question; "Is killing a few Canadian Civil Servants the only way we are going to justice in this country?"

The email is very straight forward and is not derogatory. It explains our experiences with the landlord tenant office trying to get an arbiration heard for more than a year because we wanted to get the septic repaired. The health authorities even demanded that the landlord repair this septic. We never did get our arbitration heard and were eventually unlawfully evicted. This email ends with the question as well stating that it is 'a rhetorical question.
How can this email possibly be considered a threat - when it is a call for help.

Page 417 The doctor lists Jim's multiple injuries. Page 418 he refers to Jim's injuries as Life/Limb threatening. Page 420 it can be shown that most Daily Activities are checked as 'restricted' and are expected to be 'continuous'. The only one marked as not restricted is social functioning.

Page 424 says 'almost nis function in right hand' and 'ccontinuous assistance needed for lifting and carrying and holding. Page 426 many activities listed as periodic assistance or continuous assistance.

Page 427 states 'no mental impairment'. Page 430 details some injuries and states that Jim needs help with regular ADLO.

MHSD FOIA file, pag 214/215 there is an assesment roll report checking out landlords property. MHSD actually came out to Cherryville to check out the property when we wern't there, but they stayed a few minutes because they realised right away that there were no 'hidden assests'.

If you look at the comments of this time FOIA file pages 25 - 27, you can see that we give all requested info, where we were staying, how we spent the CTB.

On January 23, 2008, in FOIA file, page 25, the comment says that the ban was due to Jims letters and veiled threats via fax that resulted in the ban; yet the letter from Marian Hurlburt (MHSD FOIA file, May 2 2006) page 116) says 'due to your recent behaviour in the office'. On that same page 25 they collude with RCMP as well.

January 16, 2008 Letter to Fawn Desjarlais MHSD FOIA file pages 104/105. MHSD never responded back to this letter. It is obvious by the letter and fax (Page 106) that we never knew the ban was about a fax that Jim sent, we only had M. Hurlburts letter that is reffered to above.

The veiled threat they refer to is actually a question about government workers written in the email which they think is so important that they had to ban Jim from government offices but yet do not have a copy of it in the FOIA file, it is a question not a statement.

Page 27 Jan 10 2008 We inform that we contacted the ombudsman about this matter, it says Jim is very kind, pleasant, and not at all threatening or menancing. She also says' assed clients about CTB backpay.

We even tell Fawn to send the disability cheque to Gary Black (we already offered him everything we own once before to try and clear up Revenue Canada's phoney debt against us).

All Fawn can take from this letter is a perceived threat to her and the fact that we call her a liar. Everything Jim writes, it seems, is a threat.

Another comment on that page (22/23), February 15 2008 shows that they call RCMP over a letter.

Also on February 15 2008, page 24 they take one sentence from Jim's letter (pages 81 - 90 FOIA file) and take it completely out of context and she says she believes that it is a threat. The sentence "All we have left are our dreams that we will one day be able to exact revenge on those mindless minions who make our lives hell when their masters abandon them to the sinking ship'

This is not the whole letter just one sentence from it; but even reading this one sentence it is obvios that first off the subject of the sentence is 'dreams'; 'we' means free people; 'mindless minions' means all government employess. When their masters do abandon them at some point in the future this is very likely to happen. Jim is not talking about himself in the here and now.

$300 off of our cheque. Because they did not respond we had to move to Walmart
parking lot because our son still had two months of grade eleven to finish. The disability
office purposly split up our family by not paying the rent increase and left us with no

Fraud Allegation re: rent. We did not here of this until the drive by shooting in August when they cut off our disability. We gave MHSD all the information we recieved from Dutch's including rent receipts and they confirmed with Dutch's as well when we moved in. They also said that they didn't know where we were. This is untrue. We were made homeless because MHSD would not cover the rent increase. When we could not pay the rent we ended up in Walmart parking lot. Later we moved to the mining claim; I called and told them where we were but I could not give them an address because we didn't have one for the mining claim at the time; I told them Dutch's would hang on to our mail.

We had to move to our mining claim because we could not afford the $300.00 increase in rent; Judith explained to the MHSD that the mining claim did not have an address (we had to go to the regional district in order to get one and did not recieve an address until August), but that Dutch's were keeping our mail for us until we could get an address.

When I asked him what the shooting had to do with disability benefits he asked me if we were selling the motorhome and moving. Then he questioned me about minerals and how much we were getting. The overpayment fraud from MHSD did not come up until later. It was not possible for Pat to know about the shooting without inside knowledge.

When Proce came up to our mining claim after 'an informant' told him we were gone
we wrote this fax to Micha to let him know what was going on with Proce and the
on going harrassment of the Lumby RCMP. Proce told us the bullets that went
through our motorhome had not been analysed yet and laughed when he told us that

MTO Complaint - They take pictures of our rock samples and mining equipment and

about structures, but as the pictures show their are no structures; there is a motorhome,
two trailers, and a greenhouse. We have built a bathhouse on skids beside our motorhome.
They also submit pictures which John Cox took in July of our dome and a tent. If you
look at the pictures taken in October, these were already taken down. That is because
we were leaving for the winter, which we told Don Smith when he came for his inspection.

The first question he asked was about the driv-by shooting, which had not been made public, so he knew of the shooting from some other source. We were shocked that he knew so we wanted to know how he had found out about the shooting. We heard nothing about the overpayment until after.

Clemens also states that the Criminal Justice Branch of the AG and also the RCMP Profinling, the Behavioral Science team has been involved since November. He says thet have been monitoring the internet. This makes it obvious that they are collding.

Clemens was "unconcerned' until the police alarm him; they installed an alarm in house before he made his statement to the police. He also states HE HAS NEVER TALDED TO JIM IN PERSON.

We had to go back later that afternoon to appear before the judge because the crown wanted to ban, Jim from all government offices; which the judge denied. She read off a litany of letters that Jim had written for her argument.

The judge asked Jim how he pleaded and Jim replied "I do not consent and I waive all benefits." The judge then entered the plea of not guilty for Jim.. Jim then asked the judge if he was now representing him.

John Hawks (604) 662-1439 has stolen my money and brochures. As you can see from my prior video, he told me weeks ago that he was sending back my brochures and money and would send me a letter, but never did that until we went into the Post Office in Nakusp to complain on March 18 2011. Please call Mr. Hawks and ask him to return my money and brochures. Remind him that he is a public servant and is an unelected bureaucrat and does not have the right to make up rules that violate my right to free speech of carry on commerce. He also refused to deliver my wifes brochures which advertise her Iridology and Herbal Consulting Business. This is an unacceptable abuse of public office and is outright theft not to give my brochures and money back so I can have them distributed elsewhere.
