Did you know that the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms does NOT apply to private Canadian citizens?

Please read section 32 of the Charter on the back of this paper to confirm for yourself that the Canadian Charter does not apply to private Canadian citizens. The reason for this is because the rights of free people in a society are UNLIMITED. The only way a free man can be lawfully arrested is if he has actually done another free man an injury. Who is the victim when a private citizen is financially injured for a ‘legislative infraction’ or violation of public laws? Section 15 of the Canadian Criminal Code states no person can be convicted by a ‘de facto’ authority. If they can’t convict us why are they charging us? Because they are mis-educated?

The imposition of ‘public laws’ on private citizens in this country by ‘public authorities’ is a crime known as BARRATRY, which is a fraud on court under colour and guise of law. When an RCMP officer pulls you over and writes you a citation for violating ‘public laws’, he is committing a crime called CHAMPERTY. The ‘rule of foreign BAR lawyers’ IS a Police State. The myriad licenses, registrations and permits that private citizens are coerced into paying at the gun point of foreign controlled mercenaries amount to nothing more than the slavery of free men. The resources of this country are the property and birth right of private Canadians.

Our country Canada is under attack by a foreign owned private legal system franchise operating under colour and guise of law to defraud and enslave Canadian citizens. In 1867, this foreign authority created a corporation and gave it the same name as our country; CANADA. This franchise unlawfully assumed power as our unlawful ‘de facto’ government. Using their assumed (stolen) authority, the BAR has formed unlawful courts to attack private Canadian citizens. The foreign owned legal system franchise of the British Crown of Israel and their Jewish Monarchs claim their God gives them the RIGHT to rule us.

Maintien le droit.. maintain the RIGHT.

Why? Private Canadians pay their wages for protection, not to be robbed and enslaved.

So while the United Nations send your children overseas for the purpose of propping up their fake democracies, you might want to consider whether you should be getting your nose back to your own country and getting together with other private Canadian citizens to form a lawful 'de jure' government, set up lawful courts and start handing out life sentences for crimes against humanity such as genocide and debt peonage slavery and for committing fraud on court under colour and guise of law.
