For a quick explanation of point two, consider the following definitions from Black's Law Dictionary 6Ed.

free - not subject to the legal constraint <legislation> of another. (subjects ARE slaves, free men are SELF governing)
state - a people in a given geographical area. (you and i are the state. the sovereignty of the state issues from the sovereign free people of the state)
civil service - employees of the state.
government - elected by the state to govern the civil service. (for the government to govern the state is slavery and a usurpation of sovereignty)
 
CONSTITUTION - body of law, written by the STATE to control the government. (a constitution is nothing more than a contract between state and civil service)
 
applying the constitution that was meant to govern the government and civil service, to the state; is a suckers game and can only be played on a retarded population
 
free men have infinite and unconstrained rights and as soon as you constrain them with a 'bill of rights' the game is over
