WARNING to Public Employees committing crimes against Free Men….. What is a peace officer for?

Why do we, as a society, pay for the services of police? Is it because of our wish to live in a lawful jural society? What is it that free men intend when they form lawful jural societies? There is a vast difference between a lawful jural society and a legal ju-distic one.

First and foremost, lawful jural societies are formed to protect that which the society treasures most. In Canada, that is freedom and our families. Generations of our fellow country men have laid down their lives and paid the supreme sacrifice for our birthright of freedom for our families. But what is freedom?

Black’s Law Dictionary 6Ed. Defines ‘Free’ as ‘not subject to the legal constraint of another’..

In short, from a legal standpoint at least, the legal definition of freedom rather eloquently encompasses the idea that we are all born free and equal in the eyes of the law. What it means is no one else has the right to make up rules and regulations for you to follow. That is slavery, the opposite of being free. When someone forces you to follow legislation they write, it is pure and simple slavery; a crime against humanity. You can not justify committing crimes to prevent crimes, since it obviously doesn’t..

Lawful – what is lawful is predicated upon what is morally and ethically correct. It is the spirit of the law and determined by intent. Errare humanum est – to err is human.

Legal – the written form of the law.

What is the intent of the law? Is it intended to commit genocide? As enunciated by the Canadian Criminal Code; to bring about the destruction of the society that created the system? Or to protect ourselves against those in our society that would do others in that society an injury?

So if we can’t make up a bunch of rules for everyone to follow, how can we function as a society? Well, look at the meaning of lawful again. The fact of the matter, a lawful society cannot exist unless that society is in the possession of morals and ethics. What this means is that a society has to cease being phony. They have to quit paying lip service to justice and remove the disgusting rag from the eyes of justice so she can see the scales and wield the sword of truth to return balance to the scales and compensation to the injured party.

Now, while it really doesn’t matter at all if someone puts a bunch of rules and regulations into writing in an attempt to ‘codify’ the morals and ethics of a society, it is unlawful to try and enforce these rules and regulations, that are no more than guidelines, on the rest of society. (Read Sec. 15 Criminal Code)

The law is not about feathering the nests of a bunch of shyster lawyers and the bankers and corporations they work for or give armed sociopaths the ‘legal right’ to arrest our children for drinking beer and then shooting them in the back of the head in a jail cell or to have a bunch of no mind thugs running around murdering people with tazers. (I say murder because their possession of it shows their intent to use it to enforce rules and regulations rather than for keeping the peace.)

The true law provides absolutely for justice. When you have done someone an injury, you are summoned by a jury of your peers to answer the claim against you in front of them and the injured party.

In these proceedings, you are presumed innocent. Not only that, you are allowed to be ignorant in the eyes of the law because it is not only whether you did the act, but whether you INTENDED to injure the aggrieved party. It is for this reason that the true law is unwritten. No two scenarios are ever alike.

Consider, if Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Jones both pick up a carving knife and shove it in their spouses hearts, it is one and the same ‘crime’. However, if Mrs. Smith does it to protect herself against a beating and Mrs. Jones does it because she has a new boyfriend and now only needs her husband’s money, it is clearly two different things.

That is what a jury of your peers is for. It is rationalized that twelve other people picked at random from society should be able to determine whether the person comported themselves in a moral and ethical manner and whether they intended injury. Not only are you allowed to face your accuser, but since it is their claim, the burden of proof is upon them to prove your guilt. In law you are always presumed innocent. And if there is no injured party, there is no lawful claim.

If you are assumed guilty or required to prove your innocence you are not in a lawful court.

If you have done no one an injury, then no peace officer ever has the lawful right to detain you.

So who is the injured party in all of these legal infractions that we are constantly being fined for? When somebody fines me for doing something and I have done nobody an injury, it is obvious that I am the only injured party since I have been dispossessed of my money for doing NO injury.

While it is all right for society to write rules and regulations as guidelines and say; “think about comporting yourself in this manner”… but these are recommendations only or it is slavery…

And it is also highway robbery to fine people for ‘legislative’ infractions when no one is injured.

It is rationalized that by robbing me, the government is performing a preventative measure and making sure that no one is injured. Great. So why am I injured financially with the ‘fine’ when there is no injured party? Since the government is confident that fining you will prevent an occurrence, they must have some oracular capability. Being able to see into the future as they are, they should simply stop the occurrences and be done with it. But that is the point, isn’t it? That no one can see the future. That is why the law is meant to deal with what HAS happened, not what MIGHT have happened.

We understand the rationale for the argument to arbitrarily pull you over and fine you for every argument that pops into their greedy little wallet.. er head, but I do not believe the intent of the true law is to use the law to cause injury. In these legislative violations, which ARE slavery and a crime against humanity, the only injured party is the victim with the ticket.

While it may be injudicious to travel too fast down the highway, it is not unlawful. In a free society you can do what you want, provided that you do not injure anyone else. But you see, here is the price we pay for living in a free society… we must treat others as we wish to be treated. The reason for that is because society creates its own monsters.

It is easy in this day and age for the public to do whatever they want to the private citizens in this country. Where are the private victims of these public legislative atrocities going to get justice? In the courts that are used by the public to force compliance with their legislative crimes?

Where are the juries in these ‘law’ courts? A judge is supposed to be an independent arbiter and do nothing more than ensure the proceedings are fair and honest, and then deliver the verdict and penalty stipulated by the jury. Are judges now complicit in unlawful activities in our courts?

The rules are; the defendant is presumed innocent. Is not required to prove his innocence. The burden of proof is upon the party making the claim against the accused. The evidence must be conclusive and not merely circumstantial. Intent to injure the victim.

Why do the police have horrific problems to solve? Because they created them.

Why does the ‘government’ have such horrific problems to solve? Because they created them.

Now even though I am told I am free, I have no choices but to pay the taxes demanded by the government or they will simply rubber stamp court documents to seize all my belongings for debts owed to her majesty. In spite of paying these taxes, and fuel taxes, licenses, registrations and insurances galore to the government, the roads are in terrible shape and their employees are nothing more than tax collectors who give us nothing but more of them for the money we are forced to pay. The government and courts in this country are nothing more than a legal cancer. The created a ‘legal’ debt that eats our society.

Worse, instead of fixing the roads, the government is now robbing us on the roads for every minor little thing wrong with your vehicle. Perhaps if we had pristine highways, someone might have the moral high ground to ask us to shape up a bit. Perhaps if we did not see such a god awful mess of our forests as we drive by someone might have the moral high ground to fine us for chopping firewood from the wood left to decay on the ground by ‘legal’, yet strangely immoral and unethical corporations. Take a look at the trees in the parking lot of the ‘Ministry of Forests’ in Vernon if you want to see what I mean. These guys are legislative experts on trees? And can’t even run a water hose out to the trees in the parking lot? ‘Conservation’ officers now wander around armed with ticket books in the corporately decimated wonderland and pull you over to search your vehicle if you take your children for a drive in the country.

Recently our truck was stolen by an RCMP member, an MVB employee and a tow truck driver. We had our truck out on our mining claim and the clutch started to slip. I decided to tow it home since there is a tow bar on the front for the purpose of towing it behind my motor home.

I had my daughter drive me out with her truck and we hooked my truck onto the back of hers. I was upset to find my windshield had been broken while I had the truck parked. We set off for home and got pulled over by the RCMP and MVB.

The MVB guy started hassling me saying that it wasn’t legal to tow the truck in the manner that I was because I couldn’t actuate the brakes from the towing vehicle. I told him that I had towed trucks in such a manner for years and never had a problem, but I did have BCAA and would call them to come get the truck if he felt it was unsafe.

Nothing doing. Opportunity to rob a private citizen, who has done no one an injury, on the side of the road must prevail. Time for the ‘legal’ system to make money under colour and guise of law. I must admit that I am afraid of these armed thieves. I have paid their masters for the privilege of traveling on the highways my tax dollars were supposed to build and maintain.

The truck I was towing was licensed, registered and insured. It is up to ICBC to fix my windshield, not for the MVB to fine me for having a broken windshield and a non-running vehicle when I am TOWING it down the highway. Not only did I NOT injure anybody, but I also offered to have BCAA tow the vehicle since I already have towing my vehicle paid for. Just like I had all the licenses and registrations and insurances PAID for when I towed my non-working vehicle down the road so I could take it home and fix it.

I told the MVB employee and the RCMP employee that they did not have the right to take my lawful property. I showed them valid registration, plates and insurance for my vehicle. I told them I was in lawful possession of my property and had paid their masters for the privilege of driving my vehicle down the road it is supposed to be my right to travel FREELY on. I told the tow truck driver that he did not have permission to tow my vehicle and if he did so I would consider it theft. The tow truck driver is now demanding extortion from us if we want the vehicle back that he was told he did not have permission to take. Why are the RCMP, the MVB and this local BUSINESS colluding to steal my property under colour and guise of law when I have done no one an injury?

I never signed anything these ‘employees’ gave to me and told them in no uncertain terms that they had no right to arbitrarily detain me on the side of the road and that I did not wish to contract with them. If I committed a crime, show me the injured party. Produce the other member of my society that I injured or give me back the property that you have stolen from us.

When all final decisions in a society devolve to the courts, all power devolves to the courts. When juries are no longer making decisions, the power of the people has been usurped by a select few and absolute power has passed into the hands of the judiciary.

In Canada, a private legal system franchise, operating under colour and guise of law in our courts, has turned our lawful courts into a legal free for all. The only game they play any more is ‘shooting fish in a barrel’. The RCMP no longer have to uphold the law. They are no longer peace officers. They are slavery rule enforcement thugs. You public officials cannot destroy my family without destroying your own. It is you that are destroying the society you swore an oath to protect. Your laziness and treason place a financial burden on your fellow country men. You make enemies when you feed on your own society in this manner. And then you have to fight the enemies you make in the first place. You have a choice as to whether you use the law to rob us. We don’t have the choice of whether we want to be your victims.

I did not want to register, license or insure my own vehicle. The only reason I did is because if I don’t pay all of these people off, I can be accosted going down the road with my own possessions. It is ‘legal’ coercion that is quite unlawful. I recognize this shake down protection racket for what it is and pay off the criminals that have the courts in their pockets. However, having paid off all these shysters that are robbing the rest of us blind with their legal clap trap, I am rather choked that my property is still stolen when I have paid off your masters for protection in the first place.

Tell me Mr. Brandon Bulziak, brilliant of the local yellow thug troupe, who did you save from injury by robbing me? You stole my truck. You stole my time. You arbitrarily accosted me and detained me on the side of the road against my will. I told you that I did not want to deal with you or your idiot friend that seems to think his employ gives him the right to tell me what to do.

I am warning you Brandon Bulziak. You better read section 15 of the criminal code if you think the ‘de facto’ government you work for has any right to convict anyone of anything in this country. I do have the lawful right to defend my property when I am in lawful possession of it. I am not going to try to defend myself in the criminal courts that you work for where none of us have a chance. I am going to defend myself as a free man in a free country that has done no other man an injury. If you are injured trying to stop me and rob me again, then you are the architect of what YOU cause, not me. I have the lawful right to defend myself and my property against anyone, including a ‘peace officer’ using his authority in an UNLAWFUL MANNER. Now give me back my damn truck.
