Dennis O’Brien;

My name is Jim Townsend. I am the person that wrote the letter to the RCMP and you for my wife. I am sure in the letter it was stated that her husband was driving the truck. In future, if you wish to address my wife, it is Mrs. Townsend, not Ms. I have just received your letter.

I do not appreciate you accusing me of slander. I see that you are a LIAR as well as a THIEF. You did not get back to my wife. You told her you had to go home and get the paper work to give her a price and never called back. Would you like the definition of a liar so that you can appreciate what it is I am saying you are? That means that you did not tell the truth. Incidentally, it is not slander to tell the truth. I called you a thief because you colluded in stealing my truck. I don’t give a shit if you want to pay a lawyer to find that out for yourself. Here’s a thought; if you don’t want to be called a thief; don’t take things that don’t belong to you.

The vehicle is my vehicle and has been registered, licensed and insured in my wife’s name since I was nearly killed due to the criminal negligence and breach of trust of the Nakusp RCMP.

You do not lawfully have my truck. My country is under attack by a private legal system franchise operating under colour and guise of law in our law courts to attack us financially in precisely the manner that they are doing here. This foreign private legal system franchise also known as the ‘British Crown of Israel’ and their Jewish Monarchs have no lawful authority in this country. The RCMP are nothing more than a private army of armed criminals and traitors to their own country who rob the private citizens of this country at gun point. Why do you think they want to control our guns? I have included a few brochures concerning these criminals.

FACTS:

1)      I told the MVB and RCMP jokers that I did not wish to contract with them at the outset.

2)      I told them they had no lawful authority to detain me much less steal my vehicle.

3)      I did not contract with the RCMP or MVB and signed nothing.

4)      I told these dogs that I had already paid their masters their unlawful highway toll.

5)      I told both of them and your tow truck driver that they did not have MY permission to take MY vehicle and that to do so was theft.

6)      The truck is MY truck, not YOUR truck.

7)      I have not contracted with you to tow my truck or store it.

8)      You have been informed that taking our truck in the first place was theft and your threat to keep it is extortion.

This private legal system franchise that ‘assumed’ power in Canada is nothing more than a criminal band of lawyer Jews from a foreign country attacking us. Read their criminal code to verify this for yourself.

Go to the Governor General’s web site and you will see that the corporation called CANADA (not to be confused with the country of Canada) is a ‘de facto’ government as opposed to a ‘de jure’ (lawful) government. Sovereignty rightly lies with the free people of Canada, not a foreign Jew Queen. Now read Section 15 of the criminal code.

15. No person shall be convicted of an offence in respect of an act or omission in obedience to the laws for the time being made and enforced by persons in de facto possession of the sovereign power in and over the place where the act or omission occurs.

The reason for this seemingly strange section is simple. It is slavery, a crime against humanity to ‘assume’ power over another human being. I do not consent or volunteer to give these people authority in my life. Consider the legal definition of FREE from Black’s Law Dictionary 6Ed.

FREE – not subject to the legal constraint of another.

Now you know what two generations of your fellow countrymen died for. They died to keep us and our country FREE. Why are you wiping your ass on their supreme sacrifice?

The opposite of FREE is ENSLAVED. To subject free people to the legislative atrocities of these people is SLAVERY, a crime against humanity. Free people are self-governing and self-ruling, not forced at gun point to follow a plethora of financial demands.

No one in this country can LAWFULLY be compelled to court unless they have done another person an injury. Did I do somebody an injury while I was towing my truck? Who has a claim against me? It is bad enough that we are compelled at gun point to register, license and insure our vehicles without being robbed on top of it after complying with their fraudulent demands. None of you have a lawful claim against me and none of you have the right to run my life.

I do not vote for this foreign corporation to represent me and no one else has the right to enter me into a legal contract. No one has the right to enter me into a contract and force me to pay it; that is fraud. The RCMP do not have the right to commit crimes in our country, though they most certainly do. As former President of the Alberta Party I can assure you I have first hand knowledge how the RCMP manipulate many aspects of our lives for their foreign masters.

The RCMP commit many acts of terrorism in our country. Do you recall when they broke into the CIL Plant and stole dynamite and planted it in the offices of the FLQ? Do you recall when they blew up the gas compressor station in Northern Alberta and tried to frame Wiebo Ludwig for it? And even had him in jail for a week after it was public knowledge that they were the criminals? In fact, the RCMP have fired on their fellow countrymen FIVE times in our history at the behest of their foreign masters when Canadians have fought for their freedom.

Hell, now the slimey little bastards are picking up kids for drinking beer and executing them in jail cells. Do you want to be their next tazer victim? Or is maybe time that you were following a great Canadian tradition and fighting for freedom as well? If you have colluded with the RCMP and contracted to tow all the vehicles they steal at gun point, then your contract is with the RCMP, not me. Have them pay your fucking bill, they contracted you.

The bottom line is; you have my truck against my wishes. I did not hire you to tow or stow it. It is acceptable to ME that you rent MY truck from ME for $1000. a day. Should you choose of your own accord, misdirected or not, to retain it, then you are obviously consenting to my terms. Now give me back my damn truck. I suggest YOU govern YOURSELF accordingly.
